Founded by Orhan Cakir (Pierre Loti) and led by Executive Chef Carlos Barroz (formerly of La Pulperia), Palermo draws inspiration from the stylish Palermo neighborhood in Argentina—renowned for its vibrant food and wine scene. Set in a beautifully restored three-story brownstone from 1894, the bi-level space delivers a warm, upscale dining experience centered on premium steaks sourced from the legendary Piccinini Brothers butcher shop.
